Togarashi Edamame with Salmon Bites
Togarashi Edamame with Salmon Bites
We love this quick and easy super snack. The saltiness of the edamame topped with Salmon Bites pairs well with beer. Togarashi is a spicy citrus Japanese spice blend. If you can’t find it, a couple of pinches of red pepper flakes will suffice.
Makes: 2-3 servings
Ingredients
  • 10 ounces frozen edamame
  • 1 teaspoon togarashi spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 1 package Dear North Savory Sea Kelp & Sesame Salmon Bites
Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add edamame and bring to boil again. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl. Add togarashi and toss until the edamame is evenly covered. Sprinkle Salmon Bites and sea salt on top. Toss until well coated. Pour into a bowl and enjoy a healthy super snack!
